A range of workshops including felt making, printmaking and paper making at Charleston House.

Spring 2010 Year 9 students explored the collection and re-interpreted designs into their own fabric art pieces using mono printing, and stencils and mark making with found objects.

Summer 2010 students at the Charleton Summer School learnt to make swatches of paper from pulp made from old phone books, newspapers and printer paper. Student s collected flowers and vegetation from the garden to press into their paper.

Summer 2011 students learnt to create swatches of felt from felting wool. Students then sed hand stitching to build their felt pieces into a range of items such as hair bands, broaches, bags and key rings.
