Clare works with a range of schools and community groups to build collaborative artwork, often working with several year groups towards a final textile piece. This is an opportunity to bring together a variety of skills such as; drawing and mark making, printmaking, digital photography, digital imaging and fabric development (dying, embroidery and construction).

These skills are also offered as a compliment to key stage 4 and A Level exam preparation to guide students with individual projects. Clare is involved with secondary schools in the South East working towards the new Creative and Media Diploma due to be launched in 2009.

"Our artist was extremely well prepared, the project matched / enhanced our brief perfectly, and all the children were stimulated and enthusiastic. The end product is wonderful, a great tribute to the commitment and talent of the artist. The children benefited considerably from the process and from the excellent delivery of the workshop."
